Well-designed layout and friendly staff. Finding parking was somewhat challenging during peak hours, a bit inconvenient.

The staff of the hotel went above and beyond to meet and exceed my every request. They were helpful, friendly, professional and beyond competent! The facility was very nice, clean and a good value for the money.

Short taxi rides are covered by the hotel. Had to go to nearby Everett Amtrak station and got a voucher from the hotel.

Rates are on the high side for an average hotel.

Air conditioners from adjoining rooms and roof extremely noisy. Had to get earplugs to sleep. they just barely blocked out the sound.

Spacious rooms made my stay comfortable.

I was shocked by the parking fees at the hotel. After already spending a significant amount for the room, I felt it was unreasonable to charge $5 for parking. It left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest, especially since I was expecting a more inclusive experience.

Horrible bedding and pillows. Was sick and sneezing within 10 mins of going to bed. I have Zero allergies but something in this Hotel sent me into a crazy reaction.

Although it was not replaced for the second day, having herbal tea available in room for the coffee maker was appreciated. The hotel was nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The service was friendly, welcoming and competent.

The hot tub was not functioning correctly. The jets were primarily blowing air and cool water, although the temperature of the tub was still nice and warm.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Limited dining options nearby.

We enjoyed the pool, the convenience of the restaurant, and the room was very comfortable.

Super sweet staff more than almost anywhere I have traveled.

Only fault of the place was never ever had such sandpaper towels!! I mentioned to them they should tell the laundry to put more softener in. The towels were plentiful and thick....but like cardboard to dry with.

The space was spacious and perfect. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice perk for getting around. The atmosphere was warm and cute. Great experience overall 😊

We liked convenience of the freeway, the cleanliness of the facility.

We didn't like that the hot tub was not working, during our stay. We didn't like that we would have to pay for the breakfast buffet, that we could get included in our price for the room at another location or hotel chain.
